How do I register for the 2026 meeting in Kansas City?

How far is the meeting hotel from the Kansas City airport?

 

The Downtown Marriott Hotel is 20 miles south of Mid-Continent International Airport (MCI) (also known as Kansas City International Airport, or KCI).  Transportation is available via shuttle bus, taxi or rideshare.  Free shuttle service is not available.  The UberX (standard Uber) fare is typically $40 to $45, depending on time of day and demand.

How much walking will be required between meeting events?

 

All of the meeting events will be held within the Downtown Marriott Hotel facilities, other than two (2) Masses which will be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.  The Cathedral is a short walk, less than 1/4 mile, from the hotel.  Shuttle transportation will be provided for those who request it.

What are the parking options at or near the Meeting hotel?

On-site:

On-site parking is available at the Downtown Kansas City Marriott Hotel as follows:

  • Hourly: $8.00

  • Daily: $35.00

  • Daily (Valet): $47.00

The on-site parking garage height clearance is six (6) feet. Parking is based on availability. ​

Off-site:

The Auditorium Parking Garage adjacent to the Marriott Hotel is temporarily closed for renovations. Alternative garage and surface parking options, many within a few blocks of the Hotel, can be found here.
